Berit is Equinor's leading advisor for data analytics, specialising in leveraging data to drive business value. Since joining Equinor in 2011, she has held roles in supply chain, operational performance and data analytics. She has contributed to initiatives like the Johan Sverdrup project, strategic workforce planning and Covid-19 analytics. In her spare time, she volunteers for Vossa Jazz and Den Norske Turistforening, where she applies her passion for data-driven decisions to hands-on data work across the entire data value chain. Her academic background includes mechanical engineering and industrial economics.
