Admission

The following process will be used for candidates:
1.  Submission of interest
2.  Submit application with motivational letter and profile
3.  Screening based on evaluation rubric
4.  Interview with finalists
5.  Candidate selection

Candidates will be evaluated on following categories:

• Ambition & Vision: Clarity and boldness of goals and entrepreneurial drive
• Experience & Impact: Depth and relevance of past ventures, leadership, or innovation
• Motivation for Future CxO: Alignment with Future CXO’s purpose and potential contribution to the network
• Diversity of Perspective: Unique background, industry, or approach that adds value and diversity to the cohort
• Communication & Clarity: Quality of writing, structure, and ability to convey ideas effectively 

The admission process will be going through November, with interview and candidate selection in December. This first network period will last from January – June 2026.
The candidate fee is 4990 NOK (requiring Dataforening membership).
